If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return the unused item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a refund or exchange. As a small business, we regrettably cannot accept returns or exchanges more than two weeks after original delivery.
We ask you kindly to include the item(s), in their original condition, with the sales receipt and all tags in place. To process a return or exchange and receive a return shipping label, please click the link below. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund total at the time of return.
Returns exceeding 5 items, or totaling $5,000 or more are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
